Digital Requirements

We Accept Files in the Following Formats:
Preferred Format:
• High Resolution (300ppi) PDF/Fonts embedded
• Photoshop EPS or TIFF.
• Illustrator EPS, fonts outlined or included with file,
PC Postscript, images embedded.
• InDesign 7.0 or lower all fonts outlined if Mac
• Unable to accept Mac fonts, must be PC format.

Color/Photo Requirements

• All Colors and Images must be CMYK, no spot colors.
• All Photos must be a minimum 200dpi for standard
ads and inserts, 400dpi for front and back covers.

Color Proof Requirements

• Include a color proof with ad. Preferred is Matchprint.
If no color proof is provided, please supply a black &
white copy. (Note: If an accurate color proof is not
provided, Hometown Publishing Inc. cannot be held
responsible for exact color reproduction).
